Support PLUS Program

Unlimited toll-free calls (Open from 10 a.m. until 7 p.m. Monday - Thursday, and from 10 a.m. until 6 p.m. on Fridays Eastern Time.(Unlimited means there is no limit on the amount of time or the number of contacts made to support each month.)
Priority Telephone and Email Response (E-mail support available during standard operating hours)
Quick issue resolution by experienced, courteous professionals using individualized case history tracking
24/7 access to online resources such as Knowledge Base, Training Videos, Documentation & the Client Portal
Remote assistance service, using a Web-based desktop streaming application to communicate between your computer and Membership Plus representatives
Multiple payment options available (contact Sales at 1-866-539-6391 for pricing and payment options)

Pay per Call Support

Pay per call using a local phone number to contact technical support. (Open from 10 a.m. until 7 p.m. EST Monday - Thursday and from 10 a.m. until 6 p.m. Fridays)

Additional Support Services

 

 

 

Data Services:   Data Repairs, Data Corrections, Data Conversions and Upgrades-  All conversions and corrections are performed “In-house”. Please make a backup file from the dataset (s) needing service and submit to Membership Plus Data Services via the Membership PLUS Client Portal. Average completion time is within 10 business days from the date data is received by the Membership PLUS team.  (Charges apply)
