REQUIREMENTS FOR ONLINE CLASSES
- You must have a computer with broadband internet access (cable, DSL, FiOS, etc.).
- Dial-up connections will not be able to efficiently download the videos.
- Adobe Reader/Flash Player must be installed on your computer.
- Each computer must have audio capabilities, either speakers or headphones.
Online videos are pre-recorded sessions and vary in length, up to 60 minutes.
Downloading time is dependent upon your computer and/or network.
