Lecture, classroom style teaching (This is NOT a Hands On school. Instructor will ask that laptops remain off during class time).
- Instructor led demonstration of Membership PLUS projected onto a large screen.
- Attendees can choose which classes to attend (1 day, 2 days or 3 days).
- Training Documentation will be provided to all attendees.
- Class maximum of 30 seats per day.

Class is held from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm daily (two 15 minute breaks and 1.5 hour lunch).
- Classroom opens at 8:30am – coffee provided
- Lunch (on your own) from 12:00 pm to 1:30 pm (see information about restaurants with each class listed).
- Afternoon refreshments provided
- Instructor(s) available for additional questions regarding training topics between 4:15 pm and 5:30 pm on an as needed basis.
