Membership PLUS Registration, Cancellation, and Payment Policy
Membership PLUS Training Schools are available for Membership PLUS clients who are currently using Version 11 Product Release Only.
Pricing is per person and includes the documentation all class documentation. Your registration reserves a seat in your selected class. Payment for your class is required before you are confirmed as a registered attendee.
Class registration payments are non-refundable. However, if cancellation is received one week prior to the first day of the training school, the registration fee may be applied toward a future training school or any other Membership PLUS training within 12 months of cancellation date. Failure to cancel according to the policy stated above will result in a non-refundable and non-transferable payment.
To schedule for a Training School with Membership PLUS, please contact us at 1-866-539-6391, select option “1” to Dial Extension: 8964. Please leave your Name, Site #, and the requested training school date(s), along with a contact phone number where you may be reached. A training representative will contact you within two business days to complete your registration.
Membership PLUS a division of ACS Technologies reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a training school at any time without written notification. Please consider this when making travel arrangements.
