To help you get started using Membership Plus, Startup Support is provided free-of-charge with your initial program purchase or upgrade.  Startup Support includes three phone calls to technical support.

Support Plus

For users who prefer comprehensive technical support, the Support Plus plan offers unlimited priority response phone and email support, including remote assistance services at no additional charge.  All online resources are available to Support Plus clients, including the Knowledge Base, training videos, user guide, and help files.  Support Plus customers also receive special discounts for data services, personalized one—to—one training, and more.

Support Plus is offered with yearly enrollment:
•    $34.99 per month auto-draft payments – 12 month commitment required
•    $399.95 per year, if paid in full at enrollment

Limited Support

The Limited Support plan offers discounted phone support rates.  By purchasing Limited Support phone support packages, you can save up to 30% per call. Limited Support clients also receive a higher priority response time,  remote assistance service (when necessary) at no additional charge, and seven-day follow up time period on each phone support issue.

Pay Per Call

Membership Plus users who do not want to purchase a support plan can still choose to access technical support via phone for $45 per call ticket. Remote assistance service is available. (Additional charges may apply.) Users without a support plan have limited access to online resources.
