To help Membership Plus users get started we offer Startup Support with your initial program purchase or upgrade. Startup Support includes three phone calls to technical support.

The Support Plus plan from Membership Plus offers unlimited phone and email support, including remote assistance services at no additional charge. See chart above for additional benefits.
Support Plus for Membership Plus is offered with yearly enrollment:

Limited Support
The Limited Support plan for Membership Plus offers discounted phone support rates. Limited Support clients also receive remote assistance service (when necessary) at no additional charge, and seven-day follow up time period on each phone support issue, as well as limited access to online resources.

Pay Per Call
Membership Plus users who do not want to purchase a support plan can still access technical support via phone for $45 per call ticket and have limited access to online resources. Remote assistance service is available (additional charges may apply).
